In no event will our company be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use this product or documentation, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Video and Audio surveillance may be regulated by laws that vary from state to state and country to country. Check the laws in your local region before using the DVR for surveillance purposes.
We are not liable for damages resulting from corrupted or lost data due to a mistaken operation or malfunction of the Digital Video Recorder, the software, the hard drives, personal computers, peripheral devices, or unapproved/unsupported devices.

Shipping

We offer the following shipping methods for your orders:

Standard shipping*: flat rate of ground shipping to 48 US continental states or otherwise specified. Additional charge may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and all off-shore U.S. territories and possessions.
Free shipping: available for quantity orders.
Expedited shipping and International delivery: available upon request.
Will Call: available during our business hours.

*Standard shipments will be shipped through UPS, FedEx or USPS at our discretion. By default, our shipments do not require Signature Confirmation. If you would like Signature Confirmation for your order, please contact us to be sure that the Signature Confirmation and service charge is added to your purchase order. All of our items are packed extremely well in boxes with excellent interior padding. Orders will be shipped out the same day if the order processed before 3PM PST (except weekend and Holidays). Weekend shipping is not available. Tracking Numbers will be emailed shortly after. Purchases with multiple items may be shipped in the same box or boxes to ensure the most efficient delivery. Please be advised that we do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes without a physical address.

The items will leave our dock promptly after payment is received. Shipping address changes are not advised. Changes of shipping address after the order will incur an interception charge of $40. This is the charge for shipping company to have the package rerouted to a different address. Please keep in mind that a package can only be rerouted to a confirmed address. Please make all changes to your address before making payment. This will ensure a smooth delivery.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase to ensure the delivery. For our protection and that of all our customers; we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover as well as debit card and PayPal. Credit card transactions are processed by a third-party professional payment authorization service selected by AVTRONIX to provide added security and reliability. We do NOT accept unconfirmed PayPal addresses for payment or shipping. Items paid by PayPal must ship to the PayPal address used when paying, no exceptions. If your PayPal address does not match the address where you would like your items to be shipped to, please add and then select your “Ship to Address” within Paypal BEFORE and upon making payment.

Notes: Sales Tax will be charged without resale permit in file.

Limited Warranty

Unless otherwise specified, the limited warranty guarantees that the products will not be DOA (Damaged On Arrival) with a full 1 year parts and labor warranty. This limited warranty does not apply to the hard disk drive which is covered by the term and conditions of manufactory warranty. AVTRONIX provides the Limited Warranty only to the original reseller or purchaser of the items. The limited warranty does not cover, nor is it limited to, the following: user abuse, damage caused by installation or operation error, neglect, unauthorized repair, modification, and parts replacement. It also does not cover any cases such as user’s computer firewall and software conflits, user’s computer virus infection, user’s local networking (LAN) setup, user’s internet access issues, ISP (Internet Service Provider) configuration, or any other custom circumstances. An DOA RMA Process must be initiated within 2 day of arrival. Please refer to our RMA process.

RMA Process

Please contact us for the RMA request and an RMA approval number will be issued shortly after. An RMA number is valid for 5 days from the issued date. Items must be returned to AVTRONIX in its original packaging at the buyer’s expense. Packages are treated as the shipper’s liability. Please return all the media, documentation, miscellaneous items, and accessories to avoid processing delays. Please include a copy of the original invoice marked with your RMA number. No Returns will be accepted without an RMA number. We reserve the rights to select the best options to repair, replace or refund purchase credit. If repair or replace is selected, the item will be shipped back to you at our shipping expense. We also reserve the rights to cancel and refund orders at our discretion. The refund credit or exchange approval is subject to an inspection of returned items. If a refund credit is select, your purchase will be refunded less a shipping and handling fee. A refund credit will be issued to your account within 10 normal business days from the date of returned items being received.

Return and Refund

Your purchase will be returned and refunded within 3 days from the date of arrival in our warehouse. The refund amount will be less shipping and handling fee with a restocking fee deducted from the refund credit. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping. Please contact us for the Return and Refund request within 3 days from the date of arrival and a pre-approved RMA approval number will be issued shortly after. An RMA number is valid for 5 days from the issued date. Items must be returned to AVTRONIX in its original packaging and in original working condition. The refund does not cover damages incurred during return shipment. It also does not cover any special needs you might have such as installation services or any other custom circumstances. Packages are treated as the shipper’s liability. Please return all the media, documentation, miscellaneous items, and accessories to avoid processing delays. Please include a copy of the original invoice marked with your RMA number. No Returns will be accepted without an RMA number. The refund credit approval is subject to an inspection of returned items and adherence to this policy. A refund credit will be issued to your account within 10 normal business days from the date of returned items being received in compliance with the above Return and Refund policy.
